Who makes Kiloach
Kiloach came from a pretty simple observation. Weight loss apps are either too complicated, too guilt-trippy, or both. And they usually end up trying to sell you a programme.
An app built for one person first
Kiloach was dreamed up by Mouns Dridi, an entrepreneur who just wanted to track his own weight without overthinking it. No kitchen scales, no diet, no thirty-question form. Just logging what he ate in one sentence, seeing where he stood, and keeping it light.
It worked so well for him that it became an app for everyone.
What we promise
- Simplicity. Seven questions to get started, one sentence to log a meal.
- Honesty. The numbers are estimates, and we say so. A bad day is just information, not a disaster.
- Freedom. No banned foods, no set menus. You eat what you want.
- Respect for your data. It stays on your phone, no ads, no selling it on.
- Free. Kiloach is free.
What Kiloach isn’t
Kiloach isn’t a medical device and doesn’t replace a GP or a dietitian. It helps you see your habits clearly. For an illness, pregnancy, medication or an eating disorder, a healthcare professional’s advice always comes first.
